Richard Carroll Barth, age 19 of 1020 Locust St., Dexter was cited and released at the intersection of State St and Barton St., Dexter for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Amos Van Ceu, age 22 of 8504 Winston Ave., Urbandale was arrested at 32500 Grand Prairie Pkwy., Waukee for OWI, violating one way traffic designation and open container.
