A pair of league victories earlier this week ensured an undefeated Raccoon River Conference championship for the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers boys soccer squad (13-3 overall). The Tigers celebrated Senior Night Monday at ADM Stadium with a 12-2 victory over the Carslile Wildcats. ADM closed their conference season Tuesday with a 9-0 road triumph over the Boone Toreadors. Seniors dominated the scoring sheet in both games, registering all 12 goals in Monday’s victory over Carslile. Davis Barton and Dakota Kahler led the way with five total goals, Eli Schwarzkopf accounted for four goals, and Alec Goos and Gage Fuller recorded a pair of goals each. The wins ensure ADM an outright Raccoon River Conference boys soccer title for the first time since 2012. The ADM boys soccer team concludes their regular season schedule tonight when the Indianola Indians invade ADM Stadium for a nonconference match. The junior varsity teams will take the field around 5:30 p.m. and the varsity game is to kickoff around 7 p.m.
