The West Central Valley School Board will meet in regular session tomorrow.

The meeting will begin with a public hearing and subsequent action at 6:45pm regarding an amendment to the 2017-2018 budget. The regular meeting will then begin at 7pm.

During the regular session, the Board will revisit the two main bids for parking lot pavement options at Dexter Elementary. The bid for a concrete surface is $46,788 with tree removal, while the asphalt bid without tree removal is $35,181.25. There is also an option to remove the necessary trees at $1,330. The Board will also discuss the bids for a van, freezers, and a new bus.

Other agenda items include: a review of the Robotics state competition, a review of the State FFA Convention and an FFA leadership retreat request, 2018-2019 district insurance, and a policy discussion on filling Board vacancies. The meeting will conclude with continued discussion from the budget workshop.

The meeting will be held in the Dexter Elementary Library.
