2:37am: A deputy requested assistance from the officer with a Roll Over Accident on 240th Street, near I Ave.

7:37am: An officer located a Stop Sign that was down at Lincoln Way and Oak Streets. The Street Dept. was notified.

9:48am: Paul Tucker advised of a neighbor’s fence protruded into the alley in the 800 Block of West State Street. The officer determined the fence was in compliance.

1:35pm: Susan Forkner requested an officer to advise a family member to end contact with her. The officer is working to speak to the subject to convey Forkner’s wishes to him.

3:07pm: Rick Comer requested an officer at 102 West Washington Street for a Civil Issue occurring at the residence. The officer worked to diffuse the issue.

9:04pm: An officer assisted with a Lifeline Activation at 205 West Adams Street.

9:32pm: An officer determined an Alarm Activation at 403 West Head Street, was due to the loss of power during the storm. The business was fine.

9:56pm: An officer determined an Alarm Activation at 300 American Avenue, was due to the loss of power during the storm. The business was fine.

10:43pm: An officer determined an Alarm Activation at 400 North Elm Street, was due to the loss of power during the storm. The business was fine.

10:46pm: Hy Vee reported a male subject was in the store at 106 West Washington Street after being Trespassed for a recent theft of alcohol. The officer spoke to the male and advised him he would be charged with Trespassing if he returned to the business.
