A deputy assisted with a medical issue in the 700 block of 11th Street, Grand Junction.
Tuesday, May 1st
A deputy investigated a single vehicle rollover accident at I Avenue and 240th Street. Wilmer Flores 31 of Jefferson was driving east on 240th Street and dropped off of the roadway onto the shoulder and lost control of his 2013 Ford F150 and rolled 3 times. The airbags deployed, and he was wearing his seat belt. The driver was not injured, and the truck was totaled.
The Sheriff conducted a death notification in the 1100 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.
A deputy investigated a check fraud from Home State Bank.
A deputy assisted a probation officer with a search in the 500 block of East Clark Street, Jefferson.
A deputy assisted the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office with an assault on E Avenue just into Guthrie County.
A deputy assisted the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office with a domestic in the 2600 block of Zepher Avenue.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
