A Funeral Mass for Thomas Joseph Hradek, 78, of Adel, will be Monday at 12:30 pm at St. John’s Catholic Church in Adel.  A private family burial will take place at a later date.  Visitation will be Monday at 11 am until the time of the service.  Memorial contributions may be directed to St. John’s Catholic Church.  Online condolences may be left at caldwellparrish.com.  Survivors include:  Wife, Carol.  Children, Mark and Sarah.  Siblings, Richard, Ted, Gary, Jean, Judy, Susan and Connie.
