The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.

After the Board hears a farmers market update, they will hold a public hearing at 9am for a proposed hog confinement in section 30 of Highland Township. The Board is then expected to make a recommendation to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources following the public hearing. Additionally the Board will consider for approval an agreement with Nyhart for actuarial services and award the contract for a bridge project on County Road E-18.

The meeting will begin at 8:30am in the boardroom of the courthouse in Jefferson.
