Michelle Christian 32 of Rippey was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 900 block of Grant Street, Scranton.

A deputy investigated a two car accident on 220th Street and 18th Street. Maryssa Soder 19 of Boone was driving westbound on 220th Street in a 1994 Chevrolet Silverado. Dainlynn Greer 17 of Ames was following Soder and failed to stop when Soder was turning and struck the rear bumper of the truck with her 2009 Ford Explorer. There was an estimated 1500 dollars damage to the truck and 5000 dollars damage to the Explorer. Dainlynn was issued a citation for no driver’s license and failure to ensure a safe and clear distance.

A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 1500 block of Neola Avenue.

A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 1600 block of P Avenue.

The Sheriff and deputies assisted with the Jefferson Police Department with the storm damage.

A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 237th Street and Jordan Avenue. David Milakovich of Jefferson struck a deer with a 2011 Ford Explorer causing 5000 dollars damage to the vehicle.

A deputy assisted a Jefferson Police Officer with an arrest in the 500 block of Hickory Lane.

A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street and W Avenue.

A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near Forest Avenue.

A deputy investigated a gas drive off in the 400 block of East Paton Street, Paton.

A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 700 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

A deputy investigated a harassment complaint that was found to of occurred in Fort Dodge.

Monday, April 16th

A deputy assisted a motorist in 900 block of Locust Street in Scranton.

A deputy investigated a fraud case that was started on Facebook.

A deputy investigated a high traffic complaint in Scranton.

A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle at 210th Street and P Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
