Zachary Michael Anderson Wailes, age 24 of 106 2nd St., Bayard was arrested in the 15000 block of 210th St., for driving while barred-habitual offender and driving while suspended.

Raymond Leo Steadman Jr., age 48 of 6004 Tonka Ave. Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of arson.

Robert Allen Cortum, age 42 of 22620 Northfield Rd., Mediapolis was cited and released at Maple St and Guthrie St., De Soto for driving under suspension, no proof of insurance and vehicle registration violation.
