Ashleigh Venn of Adel was traveling near the 118 mile marker of Interstate 80 when a box spring came out of the back of the truck in front of her and she it. The vehicle driver was Katherine Edaakie of Zuni, NM. Edaakie was cited for no insurance. Damage to Venn’s vehicle estimated at $1500.00.

April 12, 2018
Corissa Margaret McCoy, age 24 of 708 Carla Dr., Chesterton, In. was arrested at the 110 mile marker of Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gaylan Edwin Worthington, age 22 of 605 Omaha St., Redfield was arrested near this address for driving while license suspended, failure to have a valid license, no insurance and failure to carry registration card.
Zachary Lee Steven Crawford, age 29 of 1901 1st St., Boone was arrested on warrants for failure to appear-original charges of willful injury, possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended and escape from custody.

Katie Lynn Armstrong, age 27 of 4123 SW 26th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of theft.
