Wednesday, April 11th
5:31am: A caller advised of an Audible Alarm sounding at 104 North Locust Street. The officer checked on the business and found it to be secure.
6:34pm: Tracy McDonald called in about a Careless Driver in the 400 Block of East Monroe Street. The officer later spoke to the driver of the reported vehicle about his driving habits.
9:34pm: An officer located an Open Door at 1903 North Mulberry Street.
11:33pm: A Traffic Stop in the 300 Block of South Wilson Avenue resulted in Kimberley Hill of Jefferson being cited for, “Driving While Suspended.”
******* Effective immediately the Jefferson Police Department will no longer offer Live Traps for use by Jefferson residents, nor will the Jefferson Police Department remove any animal from a privately-owned trap.
