The Guthrie Center City Council met in regular session Monday.

The Council discussed increasing wastewater rates due to necessary infrastructure improvements. No formal action was taken as a result of the discussion, however the City will notify residents of any potential increases. They also approved $150 to clean the carpet at City Hall.
