Tomorrow marks the first day of a food and hygiene drive hosted by Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. Donations can be dropped off at the Extension office now through Thursday, May 31st. All items will go to local food pantries in Guthrie Center.

Suggested food items include: rice, instant potatoes, canned fruits and vegetables, peanut butter, canned chicken, and canned soup. Suggested hygiene items include: body wash, bar soap, toothpaste, deodorant, and lotion. Contact the Extension Office for more information.
