Greene County head football coach Mitch Moore told Raccoon Valley Radio last week’s Commitment Week early morning workouts were well attended and successful. “It’s really been a fun deal and our kids have really bought into it. I know last year we had 39 guys that fully committed all five days to Commitment week. This year we had 57 guys that made it every single day for Commitment Week. It’s a unique thing. Coming from the college ranks I wanted to make sure we had an early morning schedule that was hard for them, yet allows them to get around each other and commit to build this thing the right way and our kids have really embraced the challenge. It was hard and it was different, but we’ve got a different team right now, so I’m excited about what’s going on with our guys!”
