The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today. The Board will seek possible action on signage for the Home Based Iowa Initiative. The organization’s goal is to help veterans transition back into the workforce by offering career connections and other employment resources. The signs would be placed on main roads entering the county.

The meeting will begin with a general update from the information technology department and a discussion on mental health services with Heart of Iowa Region CEO Darci Alt. The Board will also discuss county property projects.

The meeting begins at 9am in the Supervisors Room in the Guthrie County Courthouse.
