Adair County Health System (ACHS) is currently accepting bids for the sale of the former Home Care building. The building is located at 117 NW Hayes Street in Greenfield. It was vacated in December after Adair County Public Health moved their location to Adair County Memorial Hospital.

Interested bidders may pick up forms in the ACHS Administration office during normal business hours Monday-Friday. A minimum bid of $68,000 is required, and sealed bids must be submitted by 4:30pm on Friday, April 20th. Private showings are available upon request.
