New Opportunities, Incorporated will be offering assistance to those who need extra help on their heating bills. New Opportunities staff will be at the Stuart Public Library on Tuesday from 1-4:30pm and the Panora Public Library on Wednesday from 12:30-4:30pm. They will answer questions and help fill out applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

Applications for the program are accepted on a first come, first served basis and are available through April 30th. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
