For the second time in the last week, an Iowa gubernatorial candidate will be paying a visit to Perry.
Fred Hubbell, a democratic candidate for governor, will be at the home of Alan and Monica Peitz this Friday. The Perry Area Democrats are hosting the meet and greet, which will run from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at 1908 North Street in Perry. As with prior candidates, the public is encouraged to attend and listen to what Hubbell has to say. There will also be a question and answer session where citizens can bring their thoughts and concerns to the candidate. There is no cost to attend, and no registration is required.
