James Potter of 706 Willis Ave., Perry was traveling east in the 24000 block of Highway 141 when he lost traction in the slush and side swiped a vehicle driven by Megan Tingwald of 1708 Otley Ave., Perry. No injuries reported. Damage to Potter’s vehicle estimated at $3000.00 and $1600.00 to Tingwald’s.

Welsey Raymond Langley, age 30 of 417 10th St., West Des Moines was arrested near the 118 mile marker of Interstate 80 for driving while suspended.
