A deputy found a broken RR crossing arm at 230th Street and D Avenue.

A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 1000 block of H Avenue.

John Walker 66 of Guthrie Center was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A deputy investigated RR crossing arm that someone reported broken on U Avenue near 16 th Street. The crossing arm was not broken and working fine.

A deputy investigated a property dispute in the 600 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 700 block of Main Street, Grand Junction.

A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1000 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 800 block of Percival Street, Grand Junction.

Tuesday, March 6th

A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on E Avenue in the 1800 block. Madison Strum 20 of Glidden lost control of her 2008 Chevrolet Malibu and hit a driveway embankment in the ditch causing around 3000 dollars damage. She was not injured in the accident.

A deputy provided traffic control for semi stuck in a driveway in the 1500 block of W Avenue.

A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 1200 block of 245 th Street. The scam was from someone claiming to be from publishers clearing house asking them to send in 2500 dollars to receive their money.

A deputy assisted DHS with a child removal in the 200 block of North Locust Street, Jefferson.

A deputy investigated a violation of a no contact order in the 200 block of Main Street, Paton.

A deputy investigated a suspicious light on U Avenue near 130th Street.

Wednesday, March 7th

A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle at the Churdan Cemetery on 140th Street.

Renae Baugh 36 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense.

A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 2100 block of M Avenue.

A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 300 block of 185th Street. This was a publisher clearing house scam.

A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 1400 block of 270th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
