Rebecca Dawn Mattox, age 38 of 7085 Bloomfield Rd., Des Moines was cited and released at 801 Court St., Adel for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Curtis Ross, age 26 of 1527 York St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license denied.
