An undefeated West Central Activities Conference season led to multiple postseason accolades for members of the Panorama Panthers girls basketball team (23-2 overall). Panther girls basketball coach Dan Druivenga was a guest on Monday’s Karl Chevrolet of Stuart Guthrie County PM Sports Page, and he shared with Raccoon Valley Radio the names a part of this winter’s All-West Central Activities Conference girls basketball team from Panorama.

Senior Devyn Kemble and junior Bailey Beckman were both unanimous first team all-conference selections from the league coaches after both surpassed 1,000 career varsity points this winter. The pair finished the season among the top five scorers inside the conference. Beckman is the West Central Activities Conference scoring champion with 443 points tallied this winter, while Kemble’s 348 points scored was the third most in the league. Beckman ranked second in the conference with 84 steals, while Kemble’s 70 swipes are the third most.

Morgan Johnk represents Panorama on the second team all-conference unit. Johnk ended the season with a team-best 61 assists for Panorama, the seventh most in the conference. Johnk also led Panorama with 149 total rebounds and 43 blocks. Seniors Kellie Prince and Hope Wilderman are Panorama’s honorable mention selections this winter. The Panthers closed their season in the Class 2A State tournament last week, falling to the North Union Warriors, 47-46, in the quarterfinal round. Panorama ends the season with an overall record of 23-2.
