Several Greene County youth are competing today at the State Elks Hoop Shoot contest.

There were four individuals that qualified at the district competition held last month. Those invited to compete include: Trevon Keely for the 8-9-year-old boys, Natalie Towers for the 8-9-year-old girls, Brynley Ruzicka for the 10-11-year-old boys and Bryce Stalder for the 12-13-year-old boys.

The state contest is in Grinnell. The winners from the state competition will advance to the regional contest in Iowa City.
