All this month, the Warren Cultural Center is hosting “An Exhibit of Art Quilt Challenges” by the Iowa Art Quilters in the Lobby Gallery.

All quilts are original designed pieces created for hanging. The Iowa Art Quilters consists of about 30 members who create these pieces around a central theme every year. The theme for this year focuses on  Barn Slices, and each project is based on an actual barn. The quilters used additional fabric, thread, and embellishments including: beads, wood, buttons, and metal.

The exhibit runs now through February 27th. Admission is free, but donations are gladly accepted.
