Nicholas Smith of Newton was traveling in the 36000 block of N Ave., when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $6000.00.

Samuel Hernandez-Ramirez, age 35 of 2801 1st Ave., Perry was arrested on Highway 141 near the Woodward exit for no valid driver’s license and OWI.

Debra Lynn Parizek, age 47 of 717 State St., Dexter was cited and released at this address for driving while suspended and no insurance.

Tiara Dawn Stanek, age 24 of 1306 ½ Second St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
