Adair County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is helping to support a local family displaced by fire. Trent and Terri Raasch, along with their four sons, lost their home and possessions in a house fire last November. The Extension Office will be sponsoring a benefit on Friday, February 2nd from 5-8pm at Sixteen Oaks in Fontanelle.

A meal including: pulled pork sandwiches, hamburgers, baked beans, pasta salad, dessert, and drinks will be provided for a free will donation. A live auction will begin at 6:30. If you wish to donate a dessert, or auction item, contact the Extension Office by the end of the day. All proceeds will benefit the family.
