Adults looking for entertainment during the winter season can join the Jefferson Public Library’s Adult Winter Reading Program.
The annual program is going now through March 17th. This year’s theme is “Blaze Your Own Trail.” The theme is based off of the trailblazing American author, Laura Ingalls Wilder, of the early 1900s. The Adult Winter Reading Program will focus on the 1800s with several activities and events for participants to do through an activity packet. Participants can earn prizes throughout the program. The library recently added six new books by Wilder and the Little House on the Prairie series.
Adults can join anytime during the program. Call 386-2835 or stop into the library to learn more or to sign up.
