Due to broken water pipes at the 4-H & FFA Center at the Adair County Fairgrounds in Greenfield, tomorrow’s applicator training session will be moved. Adair County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will now hold the private pesticide applicator training course at the Warren Cultural Center Auditorium. The class time will remain as scheduled, taking place from 1:30-3:30pm.
License holders are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes before the actual start time to register, as state law prohibits late admissions into the class. ISU Extension Field Agronomist Aaron Saeugling will still teach the class, and participants must pay $20. The class every year allows a license holder to renew their license using the training option. For more information, contact the Extension office in Greenfield.
