A statewide organization recently made a donation to a Greene County non-profit group.

The 2017 class of Leadership Iowa made a $591 donation to the Greene County Early Learning Center. The group held one of their statewide gatherings in Greene County this past November. After visiting several businesses and attractions, as well as learning about how to increase economic vitality, the group chose the early learning center because of the importance of having quality childcare and how that plays a part to growing economically.
