The Perry Jayette basketball team fell to Ballard 38-24 in RRC action Friday night.  On a night in which both defenses dominated, Perry trailed by as many as 16 late in the third quarter.  However, the Jayettes responded with a seven to nothing run to start the fourth quarter and trailed only 31-24 with a little more than five minutes to go.  Perry could come no closer as three consecutive turnovers prevented them from making it a single possession game.  Molly Lutmer led Perry with 14 points including four more 3-pointers.  Alyssa Kruger added a three pointer as well and handled the point guard position well committing only 1 turnover against a strong Ballard defense.

The Bombers improve to 4-1 in conference play while Perry slips to 0-5.
