As a reminder, the City of Guthrie Center is currently accepting bids for the sale of a property located at 207 North 7th Street.  Bids will be accepted through Monday at 4pm. All bids must be sealed and submitted to City Hall.

Interested buyers will incur all legal expenses and creative ideas are welcomed. The bids will be reviewed near the end of the City Council meeting on Monday, which begins at 6:30 pm.
