Jefferson residents who are looking to get rid of their Christmas trees may do so next week.

City crews will be picking up discarded Christmas trees next Monday through Thursday on your normal garbage day. The City reminds residents to make sure to have not only your garbage out at the curbside by 6am, but also your Christmas tree, to ensure pick up.
