midwest-partnershipIt’s only the second day of 2018 and Midwest Partnership is already busy planning for two upcoming events. The annual dinner and awards night is Thursday, January 25th at the Lake Panorama Resort and Conference Center. However, one of Midwest Partnership’s signature events, EntreBASH, is returning at the end of March.

The fourth annual entrepreneurial event will be Tuesday, March 27th from 5:30-7:30 pm in Audubon. The event is open to all businesses and entrepreneurs in the Partnership’s four-county region, which includes: Guthrie, Greene, Adair, and Audubon counties. Executive Director Sarah Gomez talks about the benefits this event can bring to attendees. “It’s just a fun evening to come out to network with other small business owners. Or, if you have a business idea that you’ve been pondering, this is a great place to come learn about how to get your business started.”

Gomez adds there will be plenty of resources from the organization’s business partners from around the state. There will also be a few small group discussions on various topics, including: small business challenges, marketing, insurance and legal advice, and technology. The recipient of this year’s “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” will also be part of the event.
