Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is continuing its applicator training sessions. In cooperation with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, the Extension office will offer a commercial manure applicator certification workshop on Thursday, January 4th from 9am-noon. The class will take place at the Extension Office in Guthrie Center.

Pre-registration is preferred before December 30th, and the class is free. Those unable to attend should schedule an appointment with their respective DNR field office to take the certification exam.  As a reminder, the Extension office will be closed Monday and Tuesday in observance of the Christmas holiday.
