With New Year’s holiday around the corner, Adair County Health and Fitness Center is giving women a chance to cross “increasing personal safety” off the resolution list. The center will be hosting a Women’s Self Defense class Friday, December 29th from 7-9pm.

The cost is $45 to register and advanced registration is required. The registration fee includes the cost of the class, as well as a stun gun to take home. The cost is $20 without the purchase of the stun gun, and every additional stun gun is $25. Contact the center for more information.
