The next Community Conversations at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jefferson will take place later this week.

The topic for discussion is about the Salvation Army and Greene County’s part with the organization. Salvation Army Local Director Pastor Terry Mogensen and board member Vern Foje will be on-hand to explain how Greene County receives funds from the Salvation Army through their Bell Ringing Campaign and how to become a volunteer bell ringer.

The discussion will take place this Thursday at 5:30pm, with snacks to be served at 5pm. Community Conversations are free and open to the public. They are held the first Thursday of every month.
