The holiday cheer is in the air, and holiday music will fill the halls of school auditoriums and gymnasiums around Guthrie and Adair counties for the next few weeks. Here is a schedule of  concerts in our listening area.

The performances begin tonight with the Adair-Casey Elementary and Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center Junior High Winter Concert at 6:30pm in the Junior High gymnasium. There will be a brief intermission between the two concerts. Guthrie Center Elementary’s concert will be Monday, December 11th at 6:30pm in the Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center High School gymnasium. The districts wrap up their concerts with the high school performance Tuesday, December 19th at 6:30pm in the high school auditorium.

Both West Central Valley elementary performances will take pace on Monday, December 11th. Dexter Elementary will start at 6pm, while Stuart Elementary will begin at 7:30. The high school performance is Thursday, December 14th at 7pm and the middle school’s concert is scheduled for Tuesday, December 19th at 7pm.

Last, but certainly not least, Panorama’s concerts begin tonight with the 2nd and 3rd grade concert in the elementary auditorium. Both the high school and middle school vocal and instrumental concerts will take place in the high school auditorium from 7-8:30pm. The high school will perform on Monday, December 18th and the middle school will perform on Tuesday, December 19th.
