Greene County Singers during this year's Relay for Life — Greene County Singers during this year’s Relay for Life

The Greene County Singers and the Town and Country Band are performing tomorrow in Jefferson.

Greene County Singers Director Sheilah McGregor-Pound says the community choir will be performing six musical selections at 2pm Sunday at Central Christian Church. There will be a mix of holiday and religious songs. The Town and Country Band will also perform six songs.

McGregor-Pound points out that anyone can join the Greene County Singers from high school age to adults. Rehearsals are held every Sunday at 5:30pm at the First Presbyterian Church in Jefferson. Anyone interested in joining the Singers can call McGregor-Pound at 515-391-0558.

Sunday’s performance is free, but free-will donations will be accepted for both groups.
