The Perry Fareway is coming off another successful round-up fundraiser, and tomorrow they will present a check to New Opportunities of Dallas County.

According to Store Manager Travis Landgrebe, the Fareway shoppers donated over $621 during the week of November 6th. Customers were asked to round-up their totals to the nearest dollar at the register, though they could donate any amount they wanted. The remainder went towards the fundraiser, with all proceeds going to New Opportunities for food baskets and toys for local families over the holidays.

Landgrebe says he enjoys doing fundraisers for community organizations, and he’s consistently pleased with the generosity of his customers.
