A project in Dallas County that began at the end of July is now complete, and County Road F31, also known as Minburn Road, is open to all traffic.

As of 5 p.m. Wednesday, the paving project on the section of F31 between Kimble Place and the City of Minburn has finished. Construction began on July 31st and was estimated to be completed within three or four months, depending on weather. The timetable proved true, finishing in just under four.
