Monday, November 13th

A deputy assisted with an unruly child in the 400 block of East Paton Street, Paton.

Chad Taute 48 of Paton was booked into the jail for assault and trespass.

A deputy investigated a theft I the 200 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

Matthew Goff 44 of Perry was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

Deputies conducted traffic control on 220th Street at J Avenue for a farm implement that broke down blocking the eastbound lane on 220th Street.

A deputy arrested Dray Rivera 27 of Jefferson on arrest warrants out of Greene County.

Dray Rivera was booked into the jail for Burglary 3rd degree and failure to appear.

Deputies assisted with an unruly child in the 200 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

Tuesday, November 14th

A deputy investigated a fire in the 900 block of 240th Street that was found to be a controlled burn.

A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on E Avenue near 330th Street.

A deputy conducted a welfare check in the area of 337th and V Avenue.

A deputy investigated a car in the ditch on 320th Street near V Avenue. The driver Michael Powell 36 of Woodward was issued citations for failure to maintain control and no insurance. There was no damage to the vehicle.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
