The monthly Perry Chamber of Commerce Coffee event will be held this Friday at Haaland Financial.
Owner Dean Haaland says he’s a regular attendee at the Chamber Coffees, and he volunteered to host the November event to show off his new, old office. “We’ve moved back to our original location after being gone for a couple years. And so I wanted to have a Chamber Coffee to have people come in to see my new renovated office.”
The Chamber Coffee runs from 8-9 a.m. Friday and is free and open to the public. The festivities at Haaland Financial won’t end after 9, however, as they will also be hosting an open house Friday from 1-3 p.m. to celebrate a milestone. “I didn’t realize it until midway through this year that I had hit 25 years. So I wanted to do a little celebration, in part thanking all my clients who stuck with me for 25 years, and just the general public to thank them for accommodating us in this space.”
Haaland adds, he will have refreshments at both events, but at the open house he’ll also be giving away some door prizes. To learn more about this and other Chamber events, listen to last Friday’s Perry Fareway Let’s Talk Dallas County program at RaccoonValleyRadio.com.
