This week, firefighters across the country are making special efforts to ensure there are fewer and fewer fire related accidents in their communities. Panora residents can help make sure these incidents are few and far between by participating in the Panora Fire Department’s Haunted Tower of Terror.

The event takes place October 20-21, 27-28 and Halloween night from 7-11 pm. The Panora Fire Department building behind Hometown Foods will serve as a three-story haunted tower. Admission is $10 per person and children 13 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. All proceeds will benefit the local fire department.
