The Casey Public Library invites the community to their open house on Saturday October 14th from 9:30-11:30am. They will celebrate the arrival of new furniture and awnings. The items were acquired with help from the Guthrie County and Adair County Community foundations, and Casey Mutual Telephone Company.

There will be information on display about the services and activities through the library and light refreshments will be provided. The Library, formerly know as the Duncan Memorial Library, has been serving Casey and the surrounding area since 1942. The Library hosts children’s and adult reading clubs as well as other events throughout the year.
