The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will consider for approval the third reading to amend an ordinance to adopt the existing code of ordinances, a grant application request for the walking trail at Daubendiek Park, appointing Roxanne Gorsuch as Deputy City Clerk, the 2016-17 fund transfers, the fourth pay estimate to Pinnacle Construction for work done on the Community Development Block Grant downtown project and funding for a new animal shelter.

Additionally, the Council will hear a presentation on Hometown Teams from Jefferson Matters: Main Street.

The meeting begins at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
