The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today.
David Garland of Guthrie Center Communications will discuss new software options for the County Recorder’s office and general information technology updates. Then the Board will award the contract for the cold storage project from three bids submitted at last week’s meeting. County Engineer Josh Sebern will also look for the Board’s approval on purchase agreements for an additional right-of-way project and Secondary Roads Department fund transfers. The Board will open bids and award contracts for two smaller projects as well.
Becky Benton of State Street Insurance will return to follow-up with the Board on her insurance presentation last week regarding building quotes and coverage on the veteran’s monument. Finally, the Board will seek action on a resolution authorizing the County Auditor to issue payroll checks without prior Board approval.
The meeting begins at 9 am in the Supervisor’s room in the Guthrie County Courthouse.
