It’s a fact of nature that children will outgrow things, including old Halloween costumes. With that in mind, the Perry Public Library is bringing back their children’s Halloween costume swap for another year.
From October 2-25, the public is invited to bring gently used children’s costumes to the library to swap out for new-to-you costumes. There is no cost, but people can only take one costume for each costume they donate. The library just asks that the costumes traded in be clean and in good condition. They feel this program is a great way to recycle outgrown but perfectly good Halloween costumes that parents might not know what to do with.
