jefferson-public-libraryThe 25th annual Friends of the Jefferson Library Used Book Sale starts tomorrow.

The week-long sale is one of the main fundraisers for the Friends and it features a variety of items including used books, CDs, DVDs, puzzles, games and audio tapes. Saturday, the book sale is open only to members of the Friends of the Jefferson Library. If you’re not a member, forms will be available at the door and membership dues are only $5.

Then from Monday, September 25th through Saturday, September 30th, the public is invited to the sale. The Friends are continuing to sponsor the final day of the sale as “half price day” where people can fill a bag full of items and only pay half price off each item.

The hours of the book sale are the normal hours that the library is open and it takes place in the basement of the library. All proceeds will go back to the Friends for purchases for the library to use.
