Everyone is encouraged to help support the Rippey Public Library tomorrow.

The second annual Fundraiser Car Show will be held at the library from 11am to 3pm Saturday. Library Director Shawneene Kenan says all vehicles are welcomed to register for the show with a $15 entry fee. The first 50 entries will receive a dashboard placket. At 2:30pm will be the People’s Choice and Owner’s Choice awards, along with drawings for donated prizes from area businesses, and the winner of the 50/50 cash raffle will also be announced. Tickets for the raffle are $1 per ticket or six for $5.

Plus, there will be food featuring barbecue pork sandwiches, chips and a drink for $4, along with donated pumpkins from Deal’s Orchard for kids to decorate and take home. Raccoon Valley Radio’s Lil’ Big Red Radio will also be there broadcasting live from 10am to 1pm and then finishing out the event by playing music until 3pm.
