A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of East Paton Street, Paton.

A deputy investigated a possible accident on Elizabeth Street in Grand Junction. There was no accident located.

A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on J Avenue near 330th Street.

A deputy investigated a backing accident at Casey’s in Grand Junction. Michael Birmingham 41 of Boone backed into a County Roads truck that was driven by Randy Frantz 46 of Grand Junction. Michael was driving a 2005 Ford F150. There was minor damage to both vehicles. There was no citation issued.

A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 800 block of Percival Street, Grand Junction.

A deputy removed debris from the roadway on 300 Street near Cooper.

A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 900 block of J Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
